Merrick is a wife, mother, pastor, speaker and leader. She loves to encourage other women to be the unique person that God created them to be. Merrick has spent most of her life volunteering and advocating. She has spent the last 12 years in ministry (worship leader, marriage ministry, associate pastor), is Ordained by the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, and is a 2023 graduate of Immersion Leadership Women in Ministry Leadership Cohort. She is a survivor of sexual assault, a decade of infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety, and is an adult orphan, giving God the glory for the healing that has taken place in her life. She also co-owns a Doula collective and specializes in fertility doula work. Merrick loves to worship, laugh, a good cup of coffee and almost any kind of crafting and DIY.
